Teacher Cleared of Sex Charges.. (Daily Bulletin 070706)..

It is a sad world when you can either be falsely accused of misconduct like such as this, now when the Teacher goes back to work there is always the question in all the Parent's of the Students that is in the classroom of this Teacher. Not just that but the Supervisor of this Teacher will feel that extra urge to keep an extra eye on this particular teacher whether anything has happened or not. There has not been any wrong doing according to the out come of a very extensive Investigation against this Teacher and It should be Noted that there was nothing found that could come close to a conviction.

What probably happen is that the Student that made the allegation was one that might have been failing or caught in some kind of wrong doing that could have made the student expelled from school. So, this was cooked up to save their skin, if that is or was the case it worked. The student learned to lie, and get away within. Or maybe there was wrong or Improper behavior by the Teacher or by the student, and the Teacher didn't respond to the advances and told the student to get away!!

Any one of these scenario's are possible.

Teacher Cleared of Sex Charges

RIALTO - A Wilmer Amina Carter High School chemistry teacher accused of having an improper relationship with a 17-year-old female student has been cleared of the allegations and will transfer to a middle school, officials said.

In late March, the Rialto Unified School District conducted an investigation into whether 39-year-old Anne Boshoven had a sexual relationship with the girl, one of her students.

The investigation failed to substantiate the allegations, school administrators said Thursday, and Boshoven was transferred to Frisbie Middle School, where she will teach science this fall.

Boshoven could not be reached for comment Thursday and calls to her home were not answered.

"After a thorough investigation, we concluded that we did not have sufficient evidence to support the very serious allegations made against Ms. Boshoven," district spokeswoman Syeda Jafri said.

Boshoven was placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation, which is standard protocol, Jafri said. The teacher was not arrested.

However, Boshoven did not return to Carter once the investigation was completed in April, administrators said.

"We couldn’t prove the allegations," Jafri said. "And in light of what transpired, we felt it was best to start her off in a middle school because it was unfair to put her back into that same atmosphere.

"The district is confident that Ms. Boshoven will continue doing an excellent job teaching our students," Jafri added.

In a biography listed on Carter’s Web site in March, Boshoven was described as a highly qualified teacher with 13 years on the job. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.

The Web site listed a personal message from Boshoven: "My pledge is to offer a high-quality, rigorous educational experience that is accessible to each of my students.
