Police, Fire Officials on Fireworks Patrols (Press Enterprise June 30, 2007)

Police, fire officials on fireworks patrols

The Rialto Fire Department will patrol the city this week in search of people shooting off illegal fireworks, officials said.

Through Wednesday, fire and police officials will conduct surveillance from 5 to 10 p.m. in an effort to deter the use of illegal fireworks, according to a Fire Department news release. The department has also set up a hotline for residents to report incidents: 909-421-7245.

BS Ranch Perspective

The Rialto Fire Department does this every year @ this time and your eyes would pop out of your head if you saw all the illegal fireworks that they collect from the Rialto residents. It is sad really, and it is no wonder why the Fire Works have been made Illegal in the County Area of San Bernardino.
