Then when it was time to make his escape he would abandoned the bike and make is escape blending into the crowd looking for who did the Crime. Yes the Killer most probably was standing in the crowd at the Scene while the Police was setting up the Yellow Police Stay away Tape, marking off the Crime Scene. When both you and I know that the scene encompasses the imaginary or trail that was taken by the suspect when he fled the scene. There is a lot of things that could have fallen from the Suspect that could be helpful to solving this crime.
Well, I hope that hey do solve this crime. It will be a hard crime to solve when all that they have to go on is the bike, and they had better hope that no one but the killer had touched it last. Contamination is there Enemy!!

SAN BERNARDINO - A 21-year-old San Bernardino man was shot to death Monday afternoon and police are seeking two suspects, one thought to have been riding a bicycle. Richard Wayne Vinson was shot several times and died in the middle of Flores Street at 30th Street about 2 p.m., police officials said. San Bernardino police Sgt. Tony Viola said officers were called out to the shooting, which occurred in a neighborhood of small single-family houses tucked into a bend of Interstate 215, at 1:59 p.m. A witness said the shooter was riding a bicycle, which was left in the street next to the victim, Viola said. Witnesses saw the shooter and a possible second person flee south on foot through Delmann Heights Park, Viola said. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department helicopter was called to the scene, but was unable to locate the shooter. "Me and my mom just heard three shots, and I didn't know what had happened," said neighbor Samantha Gaxion, 15, who said she thought at first they were only paintballs. Viola said police were still trying to determine a motive. The shooting is the third San Bernardino homicide in a week. Jarred Mitchell, 14, died and three others were wounded in a drive-by shooting May 22 in the 1700 block of West Home Avenue. Police said two men in a silver four-door car drove by and fired several rounds at them. San Bernardino police Lt. Mark Garcia said investigators believe the shooting was gang-related, but said Jarred and the wounded teens, whose names were not released by police, are not known to be gang members. On Tuesday, James Seay, 37, was fatally shot in the backyard of his mother's home in the 2800 block of Muscupiabe Drive. A witness said two men fled north on Muscupiabe Drive, then through a freeway gate at State Route 259. Seay is the brother of Mark Seay, a former San Diego Chargers wide receiver who was wounded in 1988 while shielding his niece from gang gunfire in Long Beach. He lost a kidney but was able to continue playing football. He now works in community relations for Stater Bros. A third brother, Elvin Seay Jr., was shot in January 2003 outside a San Bernardino motel and died Dec. 30, 2003. Police continue to investigate last week's two shootings.
