Rialto Girl, 4, Dies after car crash (Press Enterprise 07182006) Emerald Miller Dies after car collision @ 0333hrs 07182006

You know it is hard for the Officers and the Fire Department Personel that are onscene at the Collision taking the Investigation to the Collision, espeically when a small girl passes away. I feel bad for the girl but I also feel bad for the Officers that have to carry the memory of the little girl with them, and the fact that she passed away is always that much harder to do the report.

So My prayers are with the family and with the CHP Officer's that took the Paper on this, and I pray that you guys don't have to hold this one in so long. Take care and god speed, becareful out there, watch out for those that don't know what that Pedal to the Left of the Right one is.
