Property Tax Value Up a Record 23% in 05..(LA Times 072606)

I cannot believe the overwhelming groth that the San Bernardino, Riverside Counties have had. It is great, because it gives us more, but it also makes it more expensive to live here. More expensive for the people that have lived here the whole time that would expect to be able to afford to live here might not be able to afford to live here any more because they just are priced out. They want to purchase a new home, the home prices are much hire, and then the Taxes follow!! It pays to stay where you are to begin with these days and not move around so much!!
