Neighbors called Burbank police at 2:32 p.m. to report that the woman, who officials did not identify, was throwing items at car windows, according to the police report. When officers arrived and confronted the woman, she told them a man inside her home was causing her to act erratically, said police Sgt. Robert Quesada. When officers entered her apartment and determined no one else was there, she began throwing her possessions at them and managed to kick one officer in the groin, according to the report.
